Vintage 1962 Barbie Fashion Shop Cardboard Boutique Mostly Complete Good-VG READ

For sale is a Vintage RARE 1962 Barbie Fashion Shop with most of the original pieces, all from the estate of a local collector. The shop has been assembled (with tape in several places). The lot includes the three main sections of the shop: the two "walls" with the triangular building corner, and each of these 3 sections is in VG condition. I see a few tiny faint spots in places, and the triangular corner has a couple of surface scuffs. However, the display window pane is excellent condition, as is the curtain and rod inside the two inset sections of the other wall. Very nice. The lot also includes the following items (with notes about condition):
Original Fashion Shop Cardboard carry sleeve, which also serves as the "floor" of the fashion shop (this is the one piece with significant issues: It is intact, but it has moisture damage, edge wear and scuffing. If it originally had a handle, it does not now.)
Display cabinet: VG overall; the clear plastic is in nice shape, and the doors open nicely; the base legs have some minor tear and taping, but it sits up nicely
(2) Chairs; these are in VG shape with intact legs

8 Invitation Cards and 8 Model Cards: VG condition, but 2 of the model cards have writing on both their front and back.
There are some random pieces, like the base for the round table (but I don't have the table top.)
The pieces that I know are missing are the mannequin, table top and fashion magazines. However, there may be other pieces of which I am unaware.
I welcome further questions about condition or individual pieces. I will ship this in its assembled condition (I don't want to damage anything in breakdown), so this will require a good sized box (double wall construction), and the shipping weight will be 8-9 pounds.

However, eBay's Global Shipping Program may limit combined shipping for international buyers. Also, I am not ever able to provide international returns. As of 2019, many U.S. states have begun to require that eBay sellers charge sales tax on purchases made from residents of their state. If your state requires a sales tax payment, that tax payment will show up on your invoice for final payment. I'm sorry about this added cost, but it is a requirement of your state and not a cent goes to me. Payment for purchases are expected within 3 days of auction end. Have fun.
