Roaring 20s Bride Cissette is so incredibly detailed and beautiful. This doll is super hard to find. 10 inch Madame Alexander Cissette Doll was created in 1999. Wearing a perfect replica of a 1920's style bridal gown. Cissette has short brown flapper style hair that was all the rage in the 1920's. She has brown open/close eyes with big painted lashes. Roaring 20s Bride wears a gown of ivory charmeuse, reminiscent of the time period. The bodice has no darts, so it has the boxy look of the 1920s; it is made of ivory lace overlaying charmeuse, overlaying a drop waist. The pleated skirt extends to her ankles & brings attention to her traditional ivory heels. Her veil, made of pink English net, features the same rosebuds that adorn her bodice, waist & train. Limited Edition # 1197 of 2500 with certificate.
