Description

Large souvenir building replica of the Mitad del Mundo in Ecuador, a monument originally built in 1936 to mark the exact location of the Equator.
This souvenir monument is hand made of white onyx with gold metal posts and chains surrounding it. It's mounted to a grey onyx base in the shape of Ecuador, with a white onyx turtle on one side. It depicts the older Monument built in 1936, not the newer one, and has its original decals in Spanish on all four sides of the monument. The base reads "MITAD del MUNDO - LAT: 0'0'0" AND "ECUADOR".
It stands 7"tall by 8" wide by 6" deep, and weighs 2.5 lbs.
